BattleCruiser Radio DJ and Station Policies All DJ's must observe their show's ratings - Stick to your rating, if you are in a certain category we expect your show to abide by such. We reserve the right to inspect your promotions being played, we expect our DJs to adhere to general BC Radio promotions and Show promos - these are not to be commercial in nature unless the BC Radio Staff approves such. DJ's must be mindful of our listeners they keep our station on the air - Do NOT think it alright to antagonize anyone period. This will not be allowed PERIOD. If you will be unable to make your show time, we do appreciate advance notice of at least 24 hours - If possible please try to find another DJ (not management/staff) who can fill in for you. While this a volunteer position we do expect you to do your best to make your shows, if you are unable to make your set time repeatedly we expect you to notify us and arrange for a different time. Also if asking to have another DJ fill-in we expect that you actually need this and are not available. Station privileged and private information is to remain just that - We expect our DJ's and staff to not share any private information. Station resources such as the FTP and TS are not to be abused - As DJ's we do hold you to a higher standard than our listeners as you will be receiving access to station assets. As DJ's we expect you to also police yourselves, if you know of anyone intentionally attacking or intending to attack or abuse our resources it must be reported immediately to staff, otherwise we may hold you accountable. Common Sense - If you think something might be breaking a rule or policy well... DON'T do whatever you were thinking, we expect you as DJ's to also possess a brain so use it. BattleCruiser Radio Does not tolerate drama at all. We strive to produce a professional work enviroment and in such drama has no place. If you have any question regarding what is or is not against any policy we expect you to contact a staff member or management - Staff has the final say on what may or may not be breaking a policy. |
